Questions before you commit

What counts as a strategic session?
One completed run of the discovery engine: three opportunities, a routed recommendation, the Snapshot and the Campaign Passport. Quota is deducted only when a session completes successfully.
How are campaign asset requests counted?
The five included asset types are free for 24 hours after a session completes. Every request after that window — any type, including a first-time one — uses one campaign asset request.
What happens if a generation fails?
Failed generations, timeouts and server errors never consume a session or an asset request.
Can I buy more asset requests?
Yes. Professional members can add 50 requests for $9 from the workspace. Added assets expire 12 months after purchase.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Professional access continues until the end of the paid period. And if PromptifAI isn't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your order — granted no questions asked if you've used no more than one session and one asset request, and reviewed individually above that. Orders are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Do you train AI models on my strategy?
No. Your brief, decisions and assets remain yours and are never used to train public AI models.
