Terms & Conditions
Last updated 25 August 2026. These terms govern your use of PromptifAI.
1. Who you are contracting with
PromptifAI is operated by Mohamed Mahgoub Ali Mohamed, a sole trader trading as "PromptifAI" (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using PromptifAI you enter into an agreement with Mohamed Mahgoub Ali Mohamed. You can reach us at support@promptifai.pro.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use PromptifAI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. If you use PromptifAI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.
3. The service
PromptifAI is a campaign decision environment. It runs strategic sessions that produce recommendations, a Snapshot, a Campaign Passport, and campaign assets generated with AI. Access is provided on a plan basis (Guest, Registered, and Professional) with the usage allowances described on our pricing page.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
5. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PromptifAI within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute access, or circumvent technical or usage limits.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse PromptifAI. In particular you must not: use it for unlawful purposes; commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate others; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; upload malware; probe, scan, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service; or scrape or automate access outside documented interfaces.
7. AI-generated output
PromptifAI is a generative AI product. You are responsible for the briefs and content you submit, for having the rights to that content, for how you use the output, and for verifying accuracy before publication. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not a substitute for regulated professional advice (legal, financial, medical) without qualified human oversight. You must not use the service to produce illegal content, deepfakes of real people, hate speech, harassment, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak model safeguards. We may filter, refuse, or remove output and restrict content that breaches these terms. Rights holders can report an infringing input or output to support@promptifai.pro and we will review and remove content where appropriate; repeat infringement leads to account termination.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the briefs you submit and of the campaign material produced for you, as described in our Data Ownership page. We retain all ownership of PromptifAI itself — its software, prompts, methodology, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers our intellectual property to you.
9. Payment, subscriptions and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Professional is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds may be requested within 30 days of an order, and are granted with no questions asked where the account has used no more than one strategic session and one campaign asset request in that paid period. Above that threshold requests are still reviewed individually; we may decline a refund where usage indicates the service was consumed for its intended purpose, or where we identify repeated purchase-and-refund patterns or other abuse. 10. Service level and warranties
We work to keep PromptifAI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
12. Indemnity
You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful or infringing use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable we will notify you first. You may close your account at any time from the Account page. On termination your access ends and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Notice; you can export your campaign material before closing your account.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo, Egypt have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
